CHANGE OF MIND
If you have changed your mind about a purchase, Vintage Luggage Company will offer a gift card, exchange, store credit or refund at our discretion, to the amount of the item(s) at the time of said purchase, provided that:
1. Items are returned within fourteen (14) days of the time of receipt of goods;
2. You have proof of purchase; and
3. Items are in original, unopened and undamaged packaging.
Please ensure that the returned product is suitably packaged to prevent damage during return shipping. Items can be returned via post box or post office, depending on the size of the return parcel.
FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECTLY SHIPPED ITEMS
If in the unfortunate event your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrectly shipped, please contact our customer service team on (02) 9328 4800 or alternatively email email@example.com within fourteen (14) days of receipt of goods. Should your item be deemed faulty, damaged or incorrectly shipped, Vintage Luggage Company will provide a gift card, exchange, store credit or refund. Refunds will be processed according to your original method of payment.
The Returns Policy for in-store collect items correlate with that of ‘Purchases made from the Double Bay Store, with the exclusion that a change of mind shall permit you to a gift card, exchange, store credit or refund at our discretion at the time of collection. Following collection, Vintage Luggage Company Returns Policy will only extend to an exchange, gift card or store credit at our discretion for change of mind.
PRODUCT EXCLUSION LIST
The following products have no returns policy at all unless significantly different from what was advertised, not doing what it was supposed to, or where otherwise required by law:
Louis Vuitton Trunks, Louis Vuitton Luggage, Louis Vuitton Bags, Prada Wardrobes, Prada Suitcases, Prada Hat Trunks, Goyard Trunks, Goyard Hat Boxes.
