Once your order has left us, you will receive an email containing a tracking number to track its progress online.
Our preferred shipping partner is Australia Post of Toll IPEC. From time to time we will use an alternative courier to ensure our delivery times are met. If any changes need to be made to your delivery after the order has been placed please contact email@example.com and advise of the change. Alternatively you are able to call our store on 02 9328 4800 for any changes.
Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum
Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 48 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse.

While we aim to ensure that all orders are received when expected, delivery to a remote destination is not always guaranteed to arrive within the specified shipping timeframe
Orders are fulfilled within 48hrs from receipt of order confirmation. Metro deliveries are generally delivered within 5 business days from leaving our warehouse. Regional areas are generally fulfilled within 10 business days from leaving our warehouse. If there are any significant delays with your shipping timeframe a staff member from Vintage Luggage Company will contact, you and advise.
Orders are fulfilled within 48hrs from receipt of order confirmation. International Deliveries are sent via air freight and are generally received within 14 business days depending on location once leaving our warehouse. If there are any significant delays with your shipping timeframe a staff member from Vintage Luggage Company will contact, you and advise.
All international deliveries are exempt from Australian taxes and will be removed at checkout. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. We are unable to advise the amount this may be.
From time to time Vintage Luggage Company will run free shipping promotions. To be notified by email sign up to our mailing list. Please note that free shipping will be applied to your order on the payment page.
Vintage Luggage Company insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passed to you. If you are not the receiver of your purchase (for example a gift order) then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package.
